At the back of the Hotel St. Gotthard, the imposing red door points the way to the Lobster Bar Zurich. The original decoration has been preserved to this day.

The Lobster Bar opened in 1935 and offers classic French gourmet cuisine. Combined with a Mediterranean accent. It is very traditional yet innovative in its preparation of lobsters, oysters and seafood of all kinds. Varied fish specialities are served as well as special desserts. Here there is the unique opportunity to enjoy flambéed crêpes suzette, an absolute insider tip! Guests come not only for the good cuisine, but also for the excellent service and the exquisite selection of drinks.
To this day, the gourmet restaurant has kept its original decoration and famous film stars and politicians come here to dine.
