Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations before 6 pm on the day before arrival will not be charged. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged with 100% of the first night.

Children policy / Extrabed

  • Children under 6 years stay free of charge in the parents room
  • Children between 6 and 12 years stay for CHF 40 per night with an extrabed in the parents room
  • Extrabed for adults costs CHF 80 per night
  • Extrabeds are allowed for the following room types: Double Deluxe Room, Suite, Junior Suite, Two Bedroom Suite, St. Gotthard Suite

Pets

  • Only if small domestic animals are allowed, with 30 CHF charge, and must be kept under supervision. Any damage caused will be charged to the owner.
