The popular Manzoni Bar at Hotel St. Gotthard is being reimagined as a newly curated Craft Café, featuring, among other pieces, the DS-515 Snug bar stools by Swiss furniture manufacturer de Sede. In keeping with this year’s OUT OF LEATHER theme, the café will transform into a leather workshop on four evenings: de Sede master craftsman Enes will demonstrate live how the iconic leather elephants are carefully crafted by hand.
A special highlight will take place on Tuesday, September 22, 2026: at the exclusive Seafood & Style Festival, refined signature menus meet Swiss design – on the Piazzetta and in the stylish Craft Café.
